Men’s Health Week a Goer in Christchurch

Newly formed Canterbury Mens Centre has organised a series of events to celebrate Men’s Health Week (9 – 15 June) and raise awareness for Men’s Health in general, ranging from workshops for social service providers to better include men to talks about Maori Men’s Health strategies.

Men’s Health Week kicked off with the government announcing $3 million in funding for men’s health – the first ever money made available in NZ specifically for men’s health.
